Jay Van Ginneken is a serial entrepreneur and currently the founder of seven companies and ventures which have generated over $150M in business.

At the age of seventeen, Jay became an affiliate marketer. Years later, he became a web technology pioneer by engineering the development of one of the first niche advertising networks. As a self-taught programmer, he built that venture into one of the world's largest advertising networks, independently recognized as one of the top 10 networks in the world, and winner of numerous industry awards.

Now with over two decades of experience, he is an award-winning advertising and marketing expert and the Founder of the LifeCandy strategy, marketing, and consulting agency. LifeCandy has managed campaigns for a wide range of companies including web technology, credit card companies, special interest groups, charities, and financial services. The marketing agency stopped accepting clients in 2021 but continues to service an exclusive collection of brands.

As an angel investor, he personally funded the LifeCandy Venture Capital firm, and his group of companies have done over 100 investments and celebrated multiple exits in the years since.

Jay is an accomplished mountain biker, racing in his home province for 15 years plus competing at Canada Cup and World Cup cross country mountain bike events. Today in his spare time, he is an avid gamer, world traveler, foodie, wine connoisseur, coffee addict, lover of flying, supercars, and adventure seeker.
